Professional headshot sessions begin at $499. Most clients invest between $600–$800 depending on how many final images they select. 

This includes: 

• Studio session with expert direction
• Live image review during the shoot
• Professional retouching
• High-resolution digital delivery

We provide professional corporate conference photography and fully mobile studio headshot experiences at hotels, convention centers, and corporate offices throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Whether you’re hosting a multi-day conference or updating executive headshots at your office, we bring a complete studio environment directly to you, delivering consistent, polished results at scale.

For on-location corporate shoots, a $499 mobile studio deployment fee applies. This covers the transportation, setup, and breakdown of professional studio lighting, backdrop systems, and production equipment, ensuring your team receives the same high-quality results as an in-studio session.

Headshot tips: 

• Plain or solid colors work best. Dark clothing helps slenderize. 
• Avoid patterns or prints. They can be distracting and can date the photo. 
• Avoid flesh tones (tan, cream, beige, pastels or peach). 
• Form-fitting works best. Avoid loose or flowing clothes may add “weight” to the picture.
• Avoid short-sleeve shirts/tops.
• Keep jewelry and accessories to a minimum
• Clothes should be clean and pressed
• Please use a lint roller to remove pet hair, dust and lint. 

I will direct you throughout the shoot. It may feel strange or awkward, but looks great from the perspective of the lens. We’re aiming for a nice natural smile and expression.
